Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and customer service.
• Coach Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain visual and operational standards.
• Drive sales, memberships, and loyalty programs.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages, and returns.
• Recruit, train, and retain store talent.
• Handle cash and SOP compliance.
• Schedule staff and manage administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink.
