Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Three years related experience in retail supervision or management.
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs all opening and closing procedures and responsibilities.
• Ensure store audits are maintained at or above an acceptable level.
• Lead for the semi-annual inventory.
• Monitor cash handling procedures per policy and supervise payroll-related tasks.
• Oversee supply management and ordering to stay within budget.
• Be active in interviewing and onboarding new retail staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.
