Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives.
• Perform all store opening and closing procedures and responsibilities.
• Provide daily leadership and oversight of retail operations to ensure efficient store performance and a positive customer experience.
• Maximize sales through proper stock rotation, merchandising, signage, and inventory management of new and used goods.
• Oversee loss prevention, safety, and asset protection initiatives to protect company assets.
