Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and profitability.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Manager's absence and support departmental goals.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales and expenses to protect profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met.
• Keep management informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain high standard of customer service per manuals.
• Assist in promoting and selling store services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures across operations.
• Protect assets and report potential fraud risks.
