• Coordinate with the Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Cover the Store Manager’s duties in their absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments and ensure profitability through awareness of inventory, sales trends, and expenses.
