Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and train store personnel; participate in recruitment and development.
• Assist Store Manager with performance evaluations and feedback.
• Assist with expense management and budgeting.
• Monitor loss prevention and shrink-related issues to meet company goals.
• Ensure safety and business standards compliance.
• Support merchandising and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular merchandise inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work week may be up to 40 hours with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
