Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for staff.
• Manage merchandise flow including receiving, stocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize damages/markdowns.
• Ensure planograms are followed and products are well presented.
• Maintain cash control, authorize refunds, and deposit funds.
• Assist in store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
