Pawn 1st, located in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an Assistant Store Manager with 6+ months of management experience to lead daily store operations, develop staff, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00, with an additional commission up to 8% of transactions and performance bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, Earned Wage Access, paid vacation, 401k, and employee discounts.

Formación

• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues promptly.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, and protect assets.
