You will coach and develop staff, recruit top talent, and focus on achieving financial goals while maintaining asset protection and strong customer relations. This role offers a competitive wage plus a performance bonus based on store results.

Qualifikationen

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Store Managers will work 45+ hours a week.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, ensuring procedures protect assets.
• Ensures asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
• Administer processes within the store including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, systems, and reporting.
• Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure value and integrity of all loans issued.
• Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development; communicate with employees about mission and profit objectives.
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Other related duties as assigned.
