Superpawn in Tucson, AZ is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager with 6+ months of management experience to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and foster a customer-centric environment.

You will work with the Store Manager to lead staff, manage inventory and loans, and support profitability. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and a bonus based on store performance, with standard employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to promote a customer-centric environment.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and proper documentation.
• Manage inventory, loan management, merchandising, and reporting processes.
• Drive profitability by analyzing store financials and setting goals.
• Ensure operations meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualifications and buying processes for value and integrity.
• Communicate clearly with staff about store mission and objectives.
• Maintain product knowledge and act as manager on duty when needed.
