Pawn 1st is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Surprise, AZ, to join our team. This role offers hourly wages in the $18.00 to $21.00 range plus commission based on productivity and store performance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily run.
• Recruit and develop store staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and merchandising; ensure customer satisfaction and asset protection.
• Engage customers with a proactive, friendly service approach to drive sales.
