You are a proven leader with a customer-first mindset, able to coach, motivate, and de-escalate in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability, with in-the-moment coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and product storytelling.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
