Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running the daily retail operation, drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, and deliver outstanding customer service.

The role requires at least one year in retail management, strong leadership, and solid English communication. It includes training staff, expense and inventory control, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and training
• Manage expenses and inventory to maximize profitability
• Recruit, select and train store personnel
• Assist with annual performance evaluations for staff
• Monitor shrink and ensure loss prevention measures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a friendly environment
• Oversee merchandise inventory counts
• Provide flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
