Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Washington (Auburn) to drive day-to-day store operations and lead a team of Pawnbrokers and Sales & Loan Associates. You will work with the Store Manager to maximize financial goals, manage customer relations, and promote a customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities include training, recruitment, asset protection, loan management, and ensuring store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must have cash handling experience and be able to supervise others.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise Pawnbrokers or Sales & Loan Associates in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience and address customer issues promptly.
• Monitor training, recruit top talent, and ensure asset protection and inventory control.
• Process loans, manage cash drawers, and maintain store systems and reporting.
