Texas Pawn and Jewelry is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least six months of management experience to support daily operations, develop staff, recruit talent, and drive customer satisfaction. You will work with jewelry, tools, electronics and more while promoting a customer-centric environment.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, with eligibility for benefits such as health, dental and vision coverage, plus paid vacation and 401(k) options.

Competenze

• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.

Mansioni

• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers and assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising and reporting.
• Drive profitability and meet financial goals with the Store Manager.
