Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory by controlling damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation as directed.
• Assist in ensuring financial integrity through cash handling, refunds, and deposits.
• Assist with store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
