You will partner with the Store Manager to lead employees, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. The position requires a minimum of six months of management experience, a flexible 40+ hour schedule (weekends often), and comfort handling firearms in a lawful environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week with a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Able to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Recruit, train, and develop store employees; retain top talent.
• Open and close the store; manage cash and protect assets.
