FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a busy pawn shop in Houston. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, develop staff, recruit, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining asset protection and store standards.

In addition to hourly pay, you can earn 2–8% commission based on personal gross profit and a performance bonus. The role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and the ability to handle POS systems and cash handling with integrity.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Able to work in multiple locations as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.
• Control inventory, safeguard loans, and ensure asset protection.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, reporting, and store systems.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Maintain FirstCash operating standards.
• Oversee loan qualification and buying processes.
• Complete assigned tasks and training; stay current on product knowledge.
• Serve as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
