Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. invites an Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports the Store Manager in leading staff, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service across diverse merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations. The position offers hourly pay with commission based on productivity and a store-performance bonus.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
Ability to supervise others effectively.
Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
Cash handling experience required.
Must be able to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

Foster a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues.
Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
Recruit top talent through company-chosen channels.
Open/close store and manage cash drawers and merchandise, ensuring asset protection.
Control inventory, loans, and store operations to protect assets and ensure profitability.
Analyze store financial statements to meet goals and drive profitability.
Communicate store objectives and ensure adherence to FirstCash standards.
Monitor loan qualification and buying processes for value and integrity.
Perform duties and training for self-development; participate in tasks as assigned.
