Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rosenberg, TX to help lead daily store operations and develop staff. You will drive customer satisfaction and profitability while managing jewelry and general merchandise in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers $13-$17 per hour plus commission and bonuses tied to store performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k; Earned Wage Access and tuition reimbursement are also available.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).
• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays; multiple locations as needed.
• Assistant Store Managers will work 40+ hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers and addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and safety procedures.
• Administer store processes including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through goal setting.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
