Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others and work a flexible retail schedule.
- Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
Responsibilities
- Promote a customer-centric environment and address customer issues promptly.
- Lead and develop store staff, recruit top talent, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Open/close the store, count cash drawers, and protect assets.
- Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
