Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and staff development.
• Promote customer satisfaction and manage customer relations.
• Open/close store, handle cash, protect assets, and supervise staff.
• Train Pawnbrokers and recruit top talent; ensure store standards.
