FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Louisville, KY. The role supports the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, driving profitability, and delivering a customer-centric experience.

With 6+ months in management and strong cash handling, you will recruit, develop staff, manage loans/inventory, and ensure asset protection while earning hourly pay plus commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week with a flexible retail schedule.
• Willing to work at multiple locations; firearm duties may apply and certification may be required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and resolve issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close the store and safeguard assets.
• Ensure asset protection, inventory control, and loan documentation.
• Administer store processes including inventory and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Adhere to operating standards and loan qualification checks.
• Communicate clearly with staff and stay current on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty in the manager's absence.
