Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in Dallas. You will support the Store Manager, lead staff, recruit and develop talent, and drive store profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role offers an hourly wage of $13.00–$19.00 with commission on productivity and a bonus based on store performance. Comprehensive benefits and Earned Wage Access are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Assistant Store Managers will work 40+ hours a week; hours vary by business needs

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company-approved channels.
• Open/close the store and safeguard assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
