Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Fort Worth, TX to support day-to-day store operations and leadership. You will help develop staff, promote a positive work environment, and drive customer satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

The role offers an hourly wage of $13.00 to $19.00, plus commission based on productivity and a bonus tied to store performance. Earned Wage Access, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/2nd key experience or higher.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to supervise others and multi-task in a high-volume store.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment through friendly, professional interactions.
• Assist in training and developing store staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close the store, handle cash and protect assets.
• Monitor loan qualifications and manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting.
• Drive profitability through budget awareness and goal setting.
• Communicate store objectives to employees to ensure alignment.

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
