Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lynnwood, WA. This role oversees daily store operations, drives sales, and ensures top-tier customer service. You will manage scheduling, training, and merchandising while maintaining the store to brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training and goal setting for sales and tasks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards.
• Open and close the store, manage cash handling and daily till reconciliation.
• Support in recruiting, training, and developing staff to meet KPIs and customer service goals.
