Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer complaints, and store issues when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and coach store associates using LIDS training programs and goal setting.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
• Support in staffing, scheduling, and ensuring a safe, inclusive work environment.
