JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on involvement in all store areas. They prioritize friendly customer service, teamwork, integrity, and accountability. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resourcefulness.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Meeting production and sales goals.
2. Creating a positive environment for staff and customers.
3. Managing payroll and timekeeping.
4. Assisting with store closing, cash reconciliation, and security.
5. Providing customer service at the cash register.
6. Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
7. Inspecting and tagging textiles and clothing.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles; experience as a key holder is a plus.

Hours: Stores are open Monday-Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 1 pm.

Pay: $17.21/hour
