Position Overview
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6+ months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruitment, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment and collaborates with the Store Manager to meet financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a friendly, professional customer environment and address issues promptly.
- Train and develop pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
- Recruit and source top talent.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash and merchandise management.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory and loan management.
- Manage store processes, merchandising, and reporting.
- Analyze financial statements to drive profitability.
- Maintain operational standards and monitor loan processes.
- Act as manager on duty when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Effective supervisory skills.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in POS systems and office equipment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Cash handling experience required.

Compensation & Incentives
Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, plus bonuses based on store performance. Pay rates depend on experience, qualifications, and location.
