$18.00 to $18.50 per hour

Position Overview

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6+ months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruitment, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment and collaborates with the Store Manager to meet financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a friendly, professional customer environment and address issues promptly.
  • Train and develop pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
  • Recruit and source top talent.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash and merchandise management.
  • Ensure asset protection through inventory and loan management.
  • Manage store processes, merchandising, and reporting.
  • Analyze financial statements to drive profitability.
  • Maintain operational standards and monitor loan processes.
  • Act as manager on duty when needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in POS systems and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Cash handling experience required.

Compensation & Incentives

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, plus bonuses based on store performance. Pay rates depend on experience, qualifications, and location.
