JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and active involvement in all store areas. They prioritize friendly customer service, teamwork, integrity, and accountability. They thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and respect for staff and customers.

The responsibilities include:

1. Meeting production goals set for staff
2. Creating a positive environment for staff and customers
3. Managing payroll and timekeeping
4. Supporting achievement of sales and production targets
5. Closing the store, reconciling cash, and securing the facility
6. Handling customer service and cashier duties
7. Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
8. Inspecting and tagging textiles and clothing in a production setting

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience: At least three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles; key holder experience preferred

HOURS AND PAY

Stores operate Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and open at 1 pm on Sundays.

Pay rate: $17.21/hour
