Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will supervise and coach store staff, drive customer service excellence, and coordinate merchandising and marketing programs.

You will oversee cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least one year of retail management experience encouraged.

Qualifications

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with Store Leader for all store employees.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
Maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
Promote loyalty program and handle cash and fuel transactions.
Maintain a clean, safe store by following health and sanitation procedures and ensuring in-stock products.
Exhibit excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for store operations.
High School diploma or GED preferred; experienced Retail Management considered.
Hold a valid Driver’s License and maintain auto liability insurance during employment.
Ability to multitask, perform bending/standing/reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds.
