Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide leadership for customer service.
• Demonstrated strength in maintaining high employee retention.
• Assisting in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft products.
• Valid Driver's License with liability insurance required.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
