7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Boone, NC to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service, train staff, and coach sales teams to meet targets.

You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, loyalty program promotions, cash handling, and ensure a clean, safe environment for customers and employees. Full-time hours with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience welcomed.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with focus on customer service.
• Ability to oversee store operations, merchandising and promotions.

Responsibilities
