Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in Illinois to join our store leadership team. You will supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales through effective merchandising and programs.

You will train and coach teammates, ensure cash handling accuracy, manage fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty rewards while maintaining a clean, safe store. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least one year of retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Focus on high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering staff, and improving productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
