7-Eleven in Illinois is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will oversee customer service leadership, train and coach store staff, and help implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least one year of retail management or supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all staff.
