Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year Retail Management experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities with coaching skills.
• Ability to manage cash, fuel transactions and loyalty programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Focus on retaining staff by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
