7-Eleven, Inc. seeks an energetic Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will oversee customer service operations, train staff, and drive merchandising programs to elevate the customer experience.

You will coach team members, foster a high-retention environment, manage cash handling and loyalty promotions, and help ensure a clean, well-stocked store in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants and leaders to improve retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure stock is in-stock.
• Provide training and coaching to store staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Promote and educate customers about the loyalty program and related initiatives.
