7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team as part of a management group. The role focuses on supervising store staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting merchandising and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in training and coaching store staff to deliver excellent service.
• Ability to recruit, develop leaders and maintain employee retention.
• Experience implementing merchandising and promotional programs.
• Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Commitment to health and sanitation standards and stock availability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; one year of retail management acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Coach and train store staff for performance and retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure in‑stock products.
