7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Assistant Manager in the United States. This role supports the Store Leader, drives customer service excellence, coaches staff, and oversees day-to-day operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and loyalty program activities.

The position offers full-time hours and a pathway to leadership within a growth-focused company. Candidates should have retail management experience or strong supervisory background, excellent communication, and a high school

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty program participation.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures and keeping products in stock.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required with 1+ year of Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance as applicable.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees to improve performance and retention.

• Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately while promoting the loyalty program.
