The position offers full-time hours, with emphasis on leadership development, incentive bonuses, and promoting from within. A strong track record in retail management will help you succeed in this trainee-style leadership role.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred with leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong focus on hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Merchandising and marketing program implementation experience.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program knowledge.
• Adherence to health, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store staff.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, and encourage productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
• Ensure store cleanliness, health and sanitation compliance, and in-stock products.
• Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
