Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure displays meet company standards.

In this role, you will open and close the store, process directives, supervise and train associates, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Retail store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Train and develop store associates and supervise staff.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and protect company assets.
• Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines.
