Dollar Tree, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Lehigh Acres, FL.

You will help with opening/closing, merchandising, and daily activities while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a focus on policy compliance, safety, and excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Strong customer service and team leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a friendly, professional manner and address questions.
• Organize and stock merchandise; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures and displays for promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll and scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom well-stocked and organized.
• Protect store assets including cash and adherence to policies.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Ensure bathrooms and areas are clean and presentable.
