Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Lehigh Acres, FL. This role drives daily activities, ensures customer satisfaction, and supports the Store Manager in leading the team.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior store management experience is preferred. Physical duties include lifting up to 55 lbs and managing stockrooms to keep the sales floor well stocked.
