Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with everyday store activities and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining organized stockrooms and sales floors.

You will participate in opening and closing duties, support scheduling and payroll tasks, and help supervise and train Store Associates. A positive, safe work environment and adherence to policies are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail management experience in grocery or drug store environments desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and move merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain attractive displays and promotional fixtures.
