Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and executing action plans.
• Represent all departments to ensure sales, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Cover Store Manager duties in their absence and assist in recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise; uphold all company policies.
