Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead store operations in the Manager's absence.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote merchandise.
• Train and evaluate store staff; support recruitment as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor sales trends.
