Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain records related to store activities (payroll, scheduling, cash handling).
• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
