You’ll help supervise associates, maintain compliance with policies, and uphold safety standards. This role emphasizes positive interactions with customers and teamwork to drive store performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Retail/store management experience preferred in grocery or drug environments.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Assist customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
