Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Missoula, MT seeks an Assistant Manager in Training to advance to Store Manager. You will supervise sales, merchandising and daily store operations, while training Teammates and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring high standards in customer experience and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Retail experience (1–3 months) is often expected for entry-level supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and deliver legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and product knowledge.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates for store performance and service standards.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.
