You’ll drive sales by analyzing performance, ensuring top-notch customer service, and overseeing opening/closing routines while guiding floor operations and payroll management.

You’ll recruit, train, and engage staff, showcase product knowledge, and lead compelling visual displays. The role emphasizes internal growth and brand culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and brand knowledge.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and how they drive sales.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
